We urge you to buy your pellet appliance locally, even if it means it is not from us. As with any heating system, it requires professional service to keep it running efficiently. We provide that service within a 50 mile radius of Manchester, Vermont. Beyond that, we cannot ethically sell you an appliance, as we know we will not be able to provide the service and expertise you will need. So please...buy local!
