We do service what we install. We heat the 4000 square foot store with pellet. It is a way of life here, not a sideline. we have many burning displays on pipe here. We have over 50 fireplaces and stoves in the store, from rustic to contemporary. We do a lot of consumer education to fit the right product for the heat needs. We do a house call ahead of time to insure that the product can install properly, and heat the area needed properly.
